We're back after a week off and boy is there a lot of football to get through! What a win, what a performance, what a result. Spurs set all kinds of records as they dispose of a woeful Manchester United side in their own back yard - the only disappointment perhaps was only scoring 3 and not 8!

A full team is on hand this week, all equally happy at the destruction of Man Utd, to break down all the exciting incident in an action packed episode.

Spurs are back to something close to their brilliant Angeball best, as the home side came back from a shock early goal to sail to a convincing 3-1 win, in one of our most encouraging performances in recent times.

Dags, Elio and Socs form a Daveless Plus Dave squad this week to look back gleefully on all the highlights, before turning their attention to games coming thick and fast in the form of our Europa League opener vs Qarabag and a trip to Old Trafford at the weekend.

A streamlined Plus Dave Team brings you this week's episode - as the undisputed star attraction of the regular team (being of course the host, Dags) takes the week off, just in time to avoid having to feign positivity about yet another home defeat to Arsenal.

This leaves Elio, once again, taking over the hosting microphone and doing an excellent job as he is joined by Socs and Dave. It is perhaps fitting therefore that so much of the conversation centres around the notion of regulars potentially being replaced by their talented understudies waiting in the wings at Spurs.

Wings themselves continue to be a problem with Spurs once again failing to provide those cutting edges and another set piece goal was eventually our undoing.

With previews of Coventry (which has since ended in an extremely comfortable, never-in-doubt 2-1 triumph) and Brentford to follow what is a great summary of the game, the status quo at Spurs and everything in between, we hope you enjoy this slightly punchier episode.
